When the light starts to fade don't do the same, proclaim your presence with Gloaming bracers. Medium weight buckle on leather bracers with inset lights. The light is provided by leds set behind plastic discs which are themselves flourescent so will glow under blacklight even when not on. Battery pack is set into a loop on the back of the bracers.
